Urban Fairways began with a one-off event with golfers Darren Clarke and Lee Westwood as guests back in 2007 in a Club St shophouse. After 15 years working in financial markets, founder Dilip Ghosh had become hooked on golf. 11 years on, Urban Fairways now occupies 2,500 feet space in the iconic Capital Tower in Singapore’s downtown CBD. It’s now a busy indoor golf club with regular members, a cafe and a fantastic 19th hole for busy office executives to meet and relax. The driving force was a passion for hospitality and golf.

The unique proposition is golf, and around that, there is a casual luxury which starts at the front door. It then permeates into a great ambience when you cross the threshold. Welcomed by a smiling hostess, the distinct smell of coffee or cinnamon, and cool music creates an exclusive oasis by day and then transforms the club into a buzzing venue at night with great products & excellent service.

With partners such as COBRA PUMA and Callaway, and a full time golf teacher, it’s clearly a golf focussed venue with an outstanding cafe and bar offering.

Now, the vision is for Urban Fairways to be located in some of the world’s most vibrant cities. An upmarket collection of indoor golf clubs, which provide a haven for like minded people to meet, relax and have fun while building lifelong relationships. Staff are handpicked and are all honest, caring, passionate, hardworking and multinational.
