Team Building Event : Pfizer Finance Department
We received a call from an unlikely client - The Pfizer Finance department who wanted encourage some change in their culture. They wanted a team building event with the objective of: "Embrace change, own it and dare to try."
So we put together a full day event for 10 finance ladies starting with breakfast and an introduction to the game of golf, practical demonstration and participation, lunch and a team golf game and then afternoon tea, a recap and test and then a prize giving.
A wonderful team that never believed they could play and enjoy golf did so all day.
Guess what. They embraced it, they owned it and they tried it. Well done Ladies!
